Daniele Gorgone, an energetic and brilliant pianist born in 1977, is among the Italian jazz musicians who most deeply value the tradition and cultural heritage of American jazz in Italy.
His musical development includes various seminars and courses with Italian instructors (Dado Moroni, Riccardo Zegna, Stefano Bollani) and American instructors (Barry Harris, Norman Simmons, David Hazeltine).
Given the predominantly swing, blues, and gospel language that characterizes his pianism, he has had the opportunity to collaborate with several international jazz stars on recordings and tours both in Italy and abroad.
