A Tribute to Paolo Conte

This evening is dedicated to the musical compositions of the celebrated Italian artist, Paolo Conte.
The performance will be enhanced by the original arrangements of Balestrieri and his trio, who will revisit some of the most acclaimed and cherished pieces from Conte’s repertoire with both reverence and creative ingenuity.
The program includes seminal works such as “Sotto le stelle del jazz“, “Gelato al limon“, “Boogie“, “Diavolo rosso“, “Max” and the iconic “Via con me“.

Over the years, Gerardo Balestrieri has consistently demonstrated the intrinsic qualities of a quintessential singer-songwriter, complemented by a significant musical verve.
These attributes have firmly established him within the Italian music scene. Notably, his artistry was recently recognized with a second-place award at the prestigious Premio Tenco for Best Performer for his album “Quizás“.
