Women For Freedom in Jazz – Namritha Nori, Alba Nabulsi

On October 7th, bringing a musician and a contemporary author together to Aquarius.

Through the voice and music of Namritha Nori—an Italian-Indian artist and musician living between Venice and Istanbul, and Lebanese by adoption—and the storytelling of Alba Nabulsi—an Italian-Palestinian journalist, writer, and curator—we will immerse ourselves in an intimate and powerful narrative of roots, family memories, and belonging. This echoes the history of an entire people, the Palestinians, where the archive goes beyond merely preserving memories to become a witness to new Selves and a collective identity beyond geographical borders.

Accompanying Namritha and Alba will be the notes and bow of Alvise Seggi on the cello.
